Currently a Swing at Hamilton on Broadway (since 2017) a drive to help other artists working in the performing community and across all fields is what lead me to the world of Massage after having my certification in Personal Training for many years.

Deep pressure is never a problem for me, in fact, that’s likely what you will get straight off the bat.
Standing at 6’1” and over 200lbs the first thing I tell new clients is that I tend to run on a deeper pressure and will spend the first 10 minutes of my massage letting you tell me what is too much or not enough pressure; once we have figured out a good level the conversation rhythm is up to you.
With so many different styles of massage out there my first question is always “what is your goal out of this massage, do you want to feel relaxed? Or do you want to get rid of those little aches and pains?”
This lets me know if you want a typical Swedish style of Massage - where you may want to rest your mind, close off to the outside world and find a peace and tranquility in this small part of your day.
OR
You want a sports massage, where we do what as I call it ‘a little bit of yuck, followed by some yum”
Meaning, we will get some deep pressure work, work out those stubborn spots of tension, and try to reset your body to its most natural and healthy state and then also incorporating and finishing with a soothing touch to calm back down the central nervous system to bring back a sense of peace and tranquility.
Every client that gets on my table has a unique body, each with its own way of moving and holding tension, so whatever it is that you need is what you will get.
Cupping is available, hot stones are available.
