Born and raised in Australia, I have been a professional performer since 2009. I am also certified as a personal trainer since 2015 and licensed as a massage therapist since 2023.

My personal objectives are to contribute to the community’s well-being by improving functional and movement abilities, and assisting individuals in maintaining healthy aging. Additionally, I aim to enhance strength and mobility.

Since 2017, I have been performing on Broadway in Hamilton. My desire to support other artists in the performing community and across various fields prompted me to pursue a career in massage therapy after completing my personal training certification.

Deep pressure is comfortable for me. I tell new clients I tend to run on a deeper pressure and will spend the first 10 minutes letting them know what feels right. Once we find a good level, the conversation rhythm is up to you.

Deep pressure is comfortable for me. I tell new clients I tend to run on a deeper pressure and will spend the first 10 minutes letting them know what feels right. Once we find a good level, the conversation rhythm is up to you.

I ask new clients what they want from their massage. Do they want to relax or get rid of aches and pains? This helps me determine the style of massage.

If they want relaxation, I suggest a Swedish style massage. This involves resting the mind, closing off to the outside world, and finding peace and tranquility.

If they want to get rid of aches and pains, I suggest a sports massage. This involves deep pressure work, working out stubborn spots of tension, and resetting the body to its natural state. It also includes a soothing touch to calm the central nervous system and bring back a sense of peace and tranquility.

Every client has a unique body, so I tailor the massage to their needs. Cupping and hot stones are available, and I use a custom blend of oils. Please let me know if you have any allergies.
